Think of identity. Think of the ways you express your identity. It all started when I asked myself why all of a sudden I felt so attached to my Colombian identity. What changed? I have been out of Colombia for 10 years, yet recently something triggered a sense of nationality and an immediate need to express my Colombian identity. In light of the current political crisis in Colombia, I am hoping to use this space to write about how I relate to the issue and what I am doing to participate.
